Wondering whether Apple Photos already finds your child for free? It does, and our how-it-works page starts there. How Our Little World works
A different approach
Invite the other parent, and once you each say yes, your photos of the children join theirs and theirs join yours in one family space.
Our Little World lays out each child's life month by month. In a month where you haven't confirmed a face, it shows the app's best photo of your child, marked Picked by the app.
Add Firsts, letters for later, and voice notes in your own words.
Invited family, like grandparents, see what you share. The Family plan includes two invited family members.
To be fair
Stay with Kyn if what you want is your child's photos found and played back as slideshows with little to set up, or if someone in your family uses Android, where Kyn also has an app. Our Little World fits parents who want one baby book for both of them, with Firsts, letters and family around it.
Switching
Kyn's slideshows won't come across. Our Little World places each photo by the date Apple Photos has for it, so check a few after you start. Steps from Apple's support pages, as of October 2026.
